Having participated in the Mendham Township school system for seven years, I have a vivid, first-hand account of the excellence of our district. With one child now in middle school and two children in elementary school, I have a vested interest in ensuring it continues to be run for the benefit of the students and teachers, which in turn serves our community overall.
My priorities
-
With a unique perspective as the only candidate with children in both schools, I am well-versed in the current issues facing kids, teachers and parents. I will thoughtfully participate in the role of board member with the goal of ensuring all students continue to receive a fair and equitable, high-quality education.
-
I pledge to listen, maintain an open mind, and communicate with respect to ensure our board functions effectively and in accordance with its duties.
-
School funding is a complex, dynamic situation. My previous roles as a Partner and Manager of Investment Communications at an international equity investment management firm prepared me well to effectively interpret and analyze budgets and financial matters.
Vote on or before November 5th!
